Board of Directors Official Ballot 2018

It is that time of year when the Elections for the 1/1/19 – 12/31/19 Board of Director term takes place.

The BOD have compiled 2 different options where you can officially vote. Each option houses your Official Signature, Date, and Member Name field. Any Ballots received without this information will not be counted. Your Member Name is only used and reviewed by the Nominating Committee and AE to ensure a voter does not vote more than once.

Only “Local Board” Association Members are eligible to vote.

The Ballot outlines the Position, Name of Candidate, and a write-in option for each seat that is open.

Only the Director 1-Year Position has more than one candidate nominated for the one seat.  YOU MAY ONLY VOTE FOR ONE CANDIDATE IN EACH POSITION

VOTE BEFORE THE ELECTION MEETING

The BOD has created this option to replace the mailing cost of Absentee Ballots. The option is still available, details below.

  1. Click on Official Ballot above
  2. Complete your choice for each position (read the DETAILS above)
  3. Print the form before you save or close it
  4. Sign the form, date it, and print your name
  5. Submit your form using one of the options listed below
  6. Deadline to submit your Ballot before the Election and Member Meeting is Monday, 8/13/18 By 5:30pm

ELECTION AND MEMBER MEETING DAY VOTE

  1. Attend our Election and Member Meeting on August 15th at 12PM at Lalo’s Restaurant, Mount Shasta
  2. Complete your Official Ballot at the meeting
  3. Sign the form, date it, and print your name
  4. Submit your form at the meeting to the designated location

ONCE YOU HAVE SUBMITTED YOUR BALLOT YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CHANGE YOUR VOTE

How to Submit Your Ballot Before the Election and Member Meeting – Use one of the following

  1. Email it to Katie Brown, Association Executive
  2. Drop off the completed Ballot at the SAR Office
  3. Deadline to submit your Ballot outside of the Election and Member Meeting is Monday, 8/13/18 before 5:30PM
  4. Complete your Ballot at the 8/15/18 Election and Member Meeting starting at 12PM at Lalo’s Restaurant, Mount Shasta.

Absentee Ballots are available by mail. If you wish to receive a Hard-copy Mailed Absentee Ballot and do not want to print your Ballot and submit it as noted above, please contact Katie Brown to request one be mailed to you.
